C. Non-Refundable Clause

The registration fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances. This fee covers administrative, allocation, and operational costs. No refund will be issued if the applicant voluntarily withdraws, fails to appear for the exam (scheduled in January 2026), fails to meet eligibility criteria, or is disqualified due to malpractice.

4. Examination Rules and Conduct

A. Examination Logistics

The exam is an offline, paper-based OMR format with 100 Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 2 hours. Subjects covered include Physics, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, and English Communication. Exam centres are located across 20–25 major Indian cities.

B. Hall Ticket and Identification

Upon payment confirmation, the system generates a digital hall ticket. Students must bring a printed hall ticket and a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License). Entry without proper identification will not be allowed.

C. Time and Security Protocols

Students must report 30 minutes before the exam start time. Late entry beyond 15 minutes after the exam begins will not be permitted.

D. Examination Code of Conduct

  • Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, calculators, smart devices, notes, or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
  • OMR Marking: Students must use only blue or black pens to mark answers on the OMR sheet.
  • Malpractice: Talking, sharing materials, or leaving the hall without permission will lead to immediate disqualification. Each centre uses invigilators and CCTV monitoring to ensure fairness and transparency.

5. Evaluation, Results, and Scholarship Terms

A. Result Declaration

Results are processed centrally using OMR scanners. The merit list will be published by the End of January 2026.

B. Scholarship Awards

Scholarships are awarded purely based on the rank in the published merit list. Scholarships range between $40,000 and $60,000. These awards are strictly non-cash fee credits applied against program tuition/training fees and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Female candidates are considered for higher value awards within the top 10 ranks based on final merit.

C. Appeals and Final Decision

Students may submit an online query regarding scorecard discrepancies within 3 working days of result publication. The decision of the examination committee will be final regarding all results and selection processes.
