Refund Policy: Global Aviators Scholarship Exam (GAISE) Registration Fee
This policy outlines the non-refundable status of the registration fee paid for the Global Aviators Scholarship Exam (GAISE), which serves as the main entry point into the Learn & Earn Program. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indian Rupees (INR) within India.
1. Registration Fee Structure and Purpose
The payment of the registration fee is a mandatory step in the application funnel for the GAISE. This fee covers the administrative and operational costs associated with conducting a standardized, offline (paper-based) examination across 20–25 major Indian cities.
The fee structure is as follows:

Payment is required at Step 6 of the online registration process and can be completed using debit/credit cards, UPI, or net banking.
2. General Policy on Refunds (Strictly Non-Refundable)
The registration fee for the Global Aviators Scholarship Exam (GAISE) is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. By completing the payment, the applicant agrees that this fee covers the fixed administrative and logistical costs incurred by One World Aviation Group, irrespective of the student’s subsequent participation or eligibility.
3. Circumstances Where No Refund Will Be Issued
No refund, partial or full, will be processed under the following conditions:
A. Voluntary Withdrawal or Cancellation
The fee will not be refunded if the applicant voluntarily withdraws their application after paying the registration fee, or if they decide not to appear for the exam scheduled in January 2026.
B. Failure to Meet Eligibility Criteria
If a student registers but is later found to be ineligible based on the established criteria (e.g., minimum age of 17 years/maximum 26 years, lack of required Class 12 subjects (Physics and Mathematics), or invalid documentation), the fee remains non-refundable.
C. Disqualification or Violation of Code of Conduct
If an applicant is disqualified from the examination due to malpractice, late entry (more than 15 minutes after the start time), violation of the Examination Code of Conduct (such as using prohibited devices or sharing materials), or any other security breach, no refund will be provided.
D. Absence on Examination Day
The fee is non-refundable if the candidate fails to report to the assigned exam center on the scheduled date.
E. Rejection of Offer or Non-Progression
If a student successfully qualifies and receives an Offer Letter detailing their scholarship award (ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 in fee credit), but chooses to reject the offer or fails to complete the subsequent admission documentation phases, the registration fee is still non-refundable. Note on Scholarships: Scholarship awards are non-cash fee credits applied against program tuition/training fees and cannot be withdrawn or transferred. They are separate from the initial registration fee.
4. Exception: System Errors (Duplicate Payment)
If a technical error in the payment gateway results in a student being charged the registration fee multiple times (duplicate payment), only the excess, identical charge will be processed for reversal. This reversal is solely for correcting technical charging errors and is not considered a refund related to application cancellation or withdrawal. Students facing payment issues may request help through the chatbot and may be escalated to the technical team.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All payments for the GAISE registration are processed in INR. This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India.
6. Disclaimer
The examination committee reserves the right to the final decision regarding any matter concerning registration or policy application. Students are advised to reconfirm information, such as fees or exchange rates, with the admissions team.
Please note: If the exam is cancelled by the exam conducting body then full refund will be initiated.
